Welcome

The Adullam Children’s Home was established in the summer of 2004 in Webuye, a small town located in North Western Kenya, AFRICA by Bishop James Maumo Were & his wife Flora.

The Home’s purpose is simple – to be a mission to the fatherless & children in distress.

Currently they provide a home, food, clothing, education and healthcare for 42 children and young adults who are still studying full time.

In 2007, the Adullam Children’s Home Trust was established in Australia to provide financial support and to fund projects with the aim of generating employment for local people and providing an income for the home.

The 3 Trustees are:-

  • Pr. Dave Hamilton    Senior Trustee                   PrDave@ozemail.com.au
  • Mrs Carole Platt       Secretary/Treasurer               platt.carole@gmail.com
  • Mrs Callie Piszczuk  Projects Manager
